ABC's craft training meets the strict standards of the NCCER. Each student is required to attend classroom training where he/she learns the theory of the trade, use of trade-specific tools, safety, trade terminology and more. Lab work represents an important part where a student practices, hones and ultimately perfects their craft skills. NCCER craft training is based on a four-year program. Upon completion, students receive an NCCER cards and completion certificates.
As a student completes the training modules, they are credited and recorded with the NCCER, and kept on file at the Central California Chapter. Classes are generally held Monday - Thursday during evening hours in order to meet workers' schedules. The programs are portable, skills based, and modular in format. Students can transfer from one NCCER certified training program to another, across the United States. For our training schedule and registration check out our calendar.
